42nd International Symposium on Marine Turtle Biology and Conservation

The high school students had the chance to attend the 42nd international symposium on the biology and conservation of marine turtles bringing together more than 750 researchers from around the world.

They first visited the exhibition of various research works on sea turtles, guided by Professor Marc Girondot, a prestigious researcher at Paris-Saclay University. They then attended oral presentations given by Master students.

The next day, Mr. Girondot did us the honor of coming to the EFIP to present sea turtles to the 3rd and 4th grade students. The students learned a lot and it may even have sparked a vocation in some!
