Francophonie Week

As part of Francophonie Week, students in CE1/CE2, CE2/CM1, 6e and 4e were able to make bread. They learned different kneading techniques and were able to observe the action of the yeast after a 2-hour fermentation.

Then, the primary classes tasted their bread during a shared snack. The high school students, for their part, brought their bread home to enjoy with their families.
